A convicted thug and bully boy, this nasty piece of work was once described by a judge as a "self-styled emissary of Beelzebub"

When he's not busy kicking the poor out of his slum properties, cutting off the heating and lighting to old people's homes, intimidating (or even lobbing grenades!) at the tenants he describes as 'filth', this unpleasant bully likes to block off public footpaths, calling ramblers 'peasants', 'perverts' and 'scum'.
