This should sort it out: Firstly, make sure you've got a capable browser (IE or Netscape 4+) and make sure that java is enabled on your machine. In IE check this by going to: tools->internet options->advanced. If you're getting an empty grey box instead of a graphic, it's probably because you're on a slow link: either try again later or press shift-refresh on your browser. If you're getting 'out of memory' errors, try closing down some applications and lowering the screen colour depth. The 'warp' games don't seem to work on some versions of Netscape - I've given up trying to work out why, so you'll have to use IE instead. Sorry.
